Exchanges & Returns
A return/exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
We hope you love your pieces purchased from Natura Eterno. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below:
The product must be returned with the attached manufacturer’s label.
- The product must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must be in a sellable condition free from marks and stains.
* Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.
To begin the return/exchange process, you should complete the following steps:

Please note that returns are not free, thus you will be responsible for the postal fees. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us, thus we advise you to send your goods back via a tracked service and retain the proof of postage until you receive a confirmation of product arrival to us.
